  1. Owners/Developers of developments receiving Housing Tax Credits
  2. Staff responsible for tax credit compliance
  3. Owners/Managers of new tax credit developments upon receipt of IRS form 8609 Low Income Housing Credit Allocation Certification from our Allocation Department.

Most training sessions are free of charge and designed to be interactive and informal. Seating is limited.
