Informational Fair
Mississippi Home Corporation's Home Buyer Advantage program offers qualified homebuyers a grant to help
them purchase one of the many foreclosed properties in Mississippi. For properties in need of repair,
a 203k rehabilitation loan could be used to in combination with the Home Buyer Advantage grant money.
No need to be a first time homebuyer, but property purchased with this grant must be your primary residence and you
must qualify for a mortgage through an approved HBA lender. Base grant is $14,999. Additional amount determined by credit.
